Commercial Carpet and Upholstery Extraction
Carpet looks clean until soil reaches the base of the pile. By then, daily vacuuming is no longer enough, and the wrong method can leave excess moisture or damage the fibres.
Commercial carpets collect dust, food particles, traffic soil and allergens. Surface cleaning improves appearance, but deep extraction removes the soil that grinds against fibres and shortens the carpet's life. The method has to match the carpet construction, stain type and drying conditions.
We use industrial Numatic equipment for shampooing and hot-water extraction, with pre-testing, controlled chemistry and drying checks. Work can be scheduled outside office hours or phased across zones to keep the premises operational.

Experience you can verify
Our carpet and floor-care work supports corporate offices, retail floors and managed properties. The same equipment and supervision used for routine contract cleaning are applied to periodic deep-cleaning projects, so the result is consistent with the property's broader maintenance programme.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a carpet need to dry?
Drying time depends on carpet thickness, airflow, humidity and extraction quality. We use controlled extraction and can recommend additional airflow; most areas are ready for normal use within the agreed drying window.
Can you clean carpets during office hours?
Yes, but the approach depends on access and noise. Many clients prefer after-hours or zone-by-zone cleaning so staff can keep working in unaffected areas.
Do you treat stains and odours?
We pre-test and treat common stains and odours. Some stains, such as certain dyes or long-standing chemical marks, may be permanent; we will explain the likely result before proceeding.
Is hot-water extraction suitable for all carpets?
No. Construction, fibre type and backing determine the method. We inspect and test first, and may recommend shampooing or a different approach where extraction is not suitable.
