A newly completed property can look finished and still be full of construction dust. Handover cleaning removes what ordinary cleaning cannot reach before occupants move in.
Construction dust settles on ledges, inside cabinets and behind fixtures. Adhesive, paint spots and protective films leave residue on floors and glass. If these are not removed before handover, the new occupier inherits the problem.
We plan post-renovation cleaning around the final construction programme and the handover date. The team works from the top down, protects completed surfaces and coordinates with contractors so cleaning is not undone by last-minute works.

Frequently asked questions
How soon after construction can you clean?
Cleaning can start once the relevant areas are safe to access and major wet works are complete. A final touch-up may be needed if other contractors continue working after our clean.
Can you remove paint and adhesive from every surface?
We test and use appropriate methods for the surface. Some residues, especially on sensitive finishes, may require specialist treatment or may not be fully removable without damage.
Do you clean occupied units?
Yes. We can work around occupied areas with agreed access times and protection, although a full handover clean is usually more efficient before occupation.
How long does a handover clean take?
The duration depends on area, number of surfaces, construction residue and access. We confirm the programme after a site review and before mobilisation.
