Landscaping is not only mowing. Hedges, trees, turf, irrigation and planting beds all need different care, and a garden that looks good after installation can decline quickly without a consistent maintenance routine.
Through our subsidiary HTC Ecoresources Sdn Bhd, we provide grounds and horticulture services for properties that need a reliable, supervised programme. Our experience includes serving the Singapore High Commission from 2000 to 2019.

Coverage
We provide landscaping and horticulture support for condominiums, offices, commercial grounds and other managed properties in Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley. Scope can be limited to routine maintenance or extended to improvement works.

Is landscaping provided directly by HC Cleaning?
Landscaping and horticulture are delivered through our subsidiary, HTC Ecoresources Sdn Bhd, as part of the group's property-care services.
Can you maintain an existing landscape without a redesign?
Yes. Routine maintenance can be provided for the existing garden. If the landscape has drainage, irrigation or plant-health problems, we can recommend improvement works separately.
Do you remove green waste?
Green-waste removal and site tidying can be included in the scope, subject to the property's waste arrangements.
Can you work in occupied condominiums?
Yes. Work is scheduled around resident access, noise restrictions and management requirements, with safety controls for equipment and crews.
